Loaded Cajun Burgers – Ash's In The Kitchen
Little bit of a late lunch. Decided to make a Loaded Cajun Burgers and fries! I made a Chipotle Aioli to go over top and it was a hit! It had just enough kick without being super spicy.
- Chipotle Aioli:
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Chipotle Powder
- Cajun Burger:
- 1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
- ½ cup Bell Pepper; finely chopped
- ½ cup Onion; chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic; minced
- ¼ cup Green Onion; chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley; chopped
- 1 large Egg
- 2 Tablespoons “Slap Ya Mama” Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the aioli ingredients, cover and chill until the burgers are done.
- Heat a griddle or grill over medium-high heat.
- Mix all of the burger ingredients in a large bowl until just combined. Form into 4 large patties and, using your thumb, place a dimple in the center of each burger.
- Cook the burgers until it reaches your desired doneness, flipping once. Do NOT squish the patties as it can make them dry.
- Assemble your burger with the aioli, patty and desired toppings.
- Enjoy!
