Smoked Tuscan Chicken Alfredo Pasta – Ash's In The Kitchen

Smoked Tuscan Chicken Pasta made with powdered milk and garlic bread made from the heels of a Italian loaf I had in my freezer. I made a lot so I could stash a couple of portions in my freezer. It freezes really well and it tastes just as delicious when it’s reheated. Plus, it makes an awesome midnight snack.

2 large Chicken Breasts1 ½ cups Frozen Broccoli½ cup Frozen Peas8 oz. Penne Pasta½ cup Butter½ cup Onion; chopped4 cloves Garlic; minced3 Tablespoons Flour½ cup Powdered Milk2 ½ cups Cold Water8 oz. Cream Cheese1 cup Parmesan Cheese; divided1 cup Mozzarella; divided½ cup Smoked Sun-dried Tomatoes1 teaspoon Italian Herbs1 Tablespoon Parsley; chopped1 Tablespoon Oregano; chopped¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
