Smoked Pesto Salmon – Ash's In The Kitchen

Nothing like some smoked Salmon topped with homemade Pesto, Green Beans tossed in olive oil and Parmesan with toasted almonds and Mushrooms braised in balsamic vinegar!

1 cup Basil Pesto

1 large Salmon Filet

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat smoker or grill to 250°F.
  2. Place the filet on a sheet pan and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper then spoon the pesto over top.
  3. Smoke for 1 hour or until the fish is flaky and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
